Bernadette Ramirez, BA- Administrator

Bernadette Ramirez brings a 16 year journey of compassionate health care experience to her position as Administrator of Humanity Home Health. Bernadette gained a “Birds-Eye View” of Patient Care from her early day’s as a Nurse Aide and Pharmacy Technician. Attention to regulatory compliance and benefit coverage was acquired in her duties as Admission Coordinator and Office Manager. Bernadette broadened her skills through leadership positions in Practice Management; Community Health and Skilled Nursing Facility Management, prior to stepping into the Administrator role at Humanity Home Health in 2015.


Bernadette has embodied a passion for making a difference and has served as a role model in providing exemplary care to her patients, with a special bond among the elderly.  Bernadette directs a Champion team of equally committed care professionals- together driven to provide world-class care.

Hannah Aba, BSN, RN- Director of Nursing

 

Hannah brings a unique perspective that comes from years of  hands on experience in most aspects of the home health and healthcare industry while serving in several key positions including Administrator, Director of Nursing, as well as assisting in operational and managerial duties. 


 For several  years she has lead  teams of nurses to successful marks in quality assurance and positive patient outcomes by consistently ranking  top in Home Care Elite.   Most recently, spearheading the team that has received a clinical deficiency free survey outcome from the Illinois Department of Health (IDPH).  With 15 years of experience it has molded her into a force that is well suited to passionately serve the increasing number of seniors in our population. She says “With awareness and deep appreciation of what it takes for our clients to be provided with the highest quality of skilled care our team not only aims to help our patients transition and live as independently as possible at home. We aim to give our patients that thoughtful and humane approach to lessen the stress and burden when both the patients and caregivers are most in need.”

Jessica Koehler, Director of Business Development

Jessica is a caring and determined individual who was driven towards healthcare after volunteering and working at nursing homes growing up. With a background in sales, project management, and customer service, Jessica brings a unique combination of compassion and desire to help those within our communities, while representing a champion team!


 As a leader in the market, Jessica is committed to continuously raise the bar to best serve our patients by establishing strong working relationships with our healthcare community.
